Time is money, especially when it comes to set construction. At TEC Event Campus, lorries can drive directly up to the large Main Hall access gate. Delivery takes place at ground level via the lorry tail lift.
For catering or smaller equipment, a freight lift with a 3-tonne load capacity is also available. Thanks to the exceptional floor load capacity of 1,500 kg/m², even heavy machinery, vehicles or large LED walls can be positioned with ease.

How many parking spaces are available on site?
Our site at Wohlrabedamm offers parking for up to 60 cars, plus two designated accessible parking spaces. For very high vehicle volumes, additional parking may be available on nearby public roads.
How does delivery work for large exhibits and technical equipment?
Delivery is highly efficient via a loading platform with a height of 1 m, leading directly into the Main Hall. The access gate measures 2.80 m wide × 3.07 m high. Lorries can drive directly up to the gate.
Is there a freight lift for catering or smaller equipment?
Yes. A freight lift with a 3-tonne load capacity is available for deliveries to the Front Hall or the outdoor area at the main entrance.
Are there charging facilities for electric vehicles?
Yes. A 22 kW EV charging station is available on the facade in the Outdoor Railway Area. It includes a 6 m Type 2 charging cable and can be used free of charge during the event.
