The Main Hall is the centrepiece for your keynotes. With 834 m² of pillar-free space, it offers excellent sightlines for up to 750 guests in theatre-style seating. Perfect for large stage setups and LED walls.
Reception & Networking: Front Hall
With 382 m², the Front Hall is the ideal space for registration, cloakroom facilities and catering. This is where your guests arrive, connect during breaks and round off the conference day with a get-together.
Workshops & Deep Dives: Meeting Rooms
Two meeting rooms of 121 m² each provide the perfect setting for breakout sessions, masterclasses or exclusive speaker lounges away from the main event.

Yes. In addition to the Main Hall and Front Hall, we offer two separate meeting rooms, each measuring 121 m². They are ideal for breakout sessions or speaker lounges.
How accessible is the venue for international guests?
TEC Event Campus is ideally located for logistics and travel. Messe Berlin is around 10 minutes away, while BER Airport can be reached in approximately 40 minutes. U7 underground stations are within walking distance.

Yes. Through our preferred partner AMBION GmbH, we provide state-of-the-art conference technology, LED walls, sound systems and streaming solutions.
