Yes. Delivery is highly straightforward. The Main Hall is accessible at ground level via a large gate measuring 2.80 m wide × 3.07 m high. The floor load capacity is 1,500 kg/m², making it suitable for presenting heavy machinery, equipment and installations..
Is the venue already equipped with furniture?
No — and that is one of its greatest advantages. TEC Event Campus is a blank canvas. You have complete creative freedom to build your own brand environment without having to work around fixed in-house furniture.
Is there enough natural daylight for product staging?
Yes. All event areas, including the Main Hall, Front Hall and meeting rooms, benefit from generous natural daylight, making them particularly suitable for product photography and video content.
Are we required to use specific service providers?
No. You have complete freedom when choosing your service providers. On request, however, our preferred partners — AMBION, Rent.Group, Hoflieferanten and Fuchs und Gans — can provide a highly professional full-service package.
