Are we required to work with fixed service providers?
No. We offer maximum creative freedom. You can bring in your own suppliers or use our trusted network of preferred partners for technical production, furniture and catering.
Is there fixed furniture at the venue?
TEC Event Campus is intentionally delivered unfurnished. This blank canvas gives you the opportunity to tailor the setup entirely to your corporate identity. Our partner Rent.Group will be happy to support you with furniture and equipment.
Can we appoint our own caterer?
Yes, you are free to choose your own food caterer. Alternatively, we can recommend our experienced catering partners Hoflieferanten as well as Fuchs und Gans. Beverage catering is handled directly through our bespoke drinks packages.
Do you also offer full-service event planning?
On request, we can take care of the complete coordination and invoicing of partner services at the venue as part of our full-service handling. Please note that this does not include content-based event conception or participant management.
