Is the venue already equipped with furniture?
No. TEC Event Campus is intentionally delivered unfurnished. We provide you with a blank canvas, giving you maximum creative freedom to build your own brand environment without compromise.
Can we bring our own furniture?
Yes, absolutely. You can bring your own furniture or appoint the equipment supplier of your choice. For a smooth and efficient process, we recommend our preferred partner Rent.Group.
How does delivery work for large furniture items?
The logistics are highly efficient. Delivery takes place at ground level via the lorry tail lift and directly through a large access gate measuring 2.80 m wide × 3.07 m high into the Main Hall. A freight lift with a 3-tonne load capacity is also available.
Do you support seating layout planning?
Yes. We already have standard seating layouts available. In addition, our partner Rent.Group can create an individual CAD plan tailored to your concept.
