Instead of dealing with multiple separate invoices, you receive one bundled, transparent proposal. For this service, we simply charge a fair handling fee based on the final order value of the partner services.

What exactly is included in full-service handling?
On request, we take care of the coordination, management and billing of partner services for event technology, food catering, furniture, equipment and decoration.
Do you also handle participant management?
No. Content-based event conception and participant management, such as invitations and registration, are not included in this service and remain in your hands.
How is the service billed?
For coordinating and billing the individual service providers, we charge a transparent handling fee based on the respective final order value of the partner services.
Do I have to book the full-service package?
No. Full-service handling is entirely optional. At TEC Event Campus, you always have the freedom to bring in and manage your own service providers.
