Who we are

In 2010, the qualified urban developer Lisa Wege and the certified event manager Katajun Fakhoury founded their own consultancy, which they ran together for two years. In 2013, they took over the historic Cafe Moskau on Karl-Marx-Allee. Together with their team and following the motto “Hands on”, they successfully delivered events with great personal commitment and in close collaboration with friends from the industry. Shaped by the challenges of the time and a constant desire for development, the team—now consisting of 23 members—is responsible not only for Cafe Moskau but also for the neighbouring Salon Babette as well as the industrial location TEC Event Campus near Messe Berlin.

We aim to provide people and businesses with a sustainable framework for events, enabling emotional and live, in-person encounters while pursuing entrepreneurial projects.

With this in mind, we are committed to actively shaping and continuously improving our living conditions by operating economically, ecologically, socially, and according to the highest ethical standards.

It is essential to us that everyone is given the same opportunities and conditions, and that we treat one another with respect.

A person’s gender or gender identity cannot always be determined from their first name. This is especially true when working with an international client base, where names may be unfamiliar.

Therefore, we offer our employees the option to state their preferred pronouns in order to ensure correct and respectful forms of address.
